Our Mission
Female creative (FC) is an organization with a mission to provide exposure and mentorship for women who work in, or who want to work in the arts. Carrying out our mission with the three pillars of FC, Power, Purpose and Platform.
Power;
FC will work to create space and opportunity that facilitate a building of self-esteem in creative women to expand personal and professional growth to realise the power and potential they possess.
Purpose;
With this network of support FC new members will be mentored by those who are succeeding and working to keep growing. Creating opportunities for creative women to not only be supported but also support other creative women.
Platform;
FC aims to provide and create opportunities for creative women to release their creativity in to the world. Continuing the personal and professional development with learning experiences through experience.
Vision;
FC’s vision is to create a space where women can come together and share ideas and expertise with out fear. Passionate, fearless, creative women who will go on mentor other creative women to develop these qualities.
When we stay silent to protect ourselves, we perpetuate our own isolation. We are a sea of women, and yet we make islands out of each other. Something has got to break, and it shouldn’t be us anymore.
